upgrade relic 4 to 5 for Ahsoka Tano (Fulcrum)

When upgrading a relic from 4 to 5, the upgrade was successful, but after exiting the character menu, the relic reverted to 4, and the upgrade data points were spent. Is this some kind of bug?
