Omega (Fugitive) has the ability to grant Target Practice to Bad Batch allies.
The only other character in the game that can gain Target Practice is the original Omega, and doing so requires investing a zeta into the character.
This zeta effectively adds in the functionality of losing all Target Practice stacks you gained from Omega (Fugitive) upon pressing this button, once that target with Zeroed In dies.
As such, investing in this zeta now directly decreases her viability or if you invested in this Zeta, you should never use Adaptive Learner under Omega (Fugitive) lead.
This goes against CG's ideal of upgrades making a character better.
Omega should only lose Target Practice stacks gained from herself upon using Adaptive Learner rather than removing all stacks gained from Omega (Fugitive).
