Wasted money on Cassian Undercover Era materials, No refund/Compensation yet!!

As many other players i spend like 200 Euro's on Era materials to get Cassian undercover event ready!

However an hour later everyone got all the Era materials for free!! This is fine cos you were the ones who caused/created the bug. However also make sure you compensate all players who spent actual money to get all the ERA materials on the needed characters to get Cassian Undercover to 7*!

for like 2 weeks now i been trying to get help from the helpdesk, but this is just useless and waste of time since it's a bot who can't help and asks the same question and cant help. For this reason i create this post to finally get some assistance. I'm a long time player and I think as a paying customer it's only appropriate you take my problem serious and come with a matching solution.
