Why is my guild doing Hoth and not ROTE

I was talking about the notice in the game chat that says " your guild has selected RotE"....just wondering it you actually saw that notice and if you did, maybe the Support Team can see it

Do you screenshot your TB selection every single time you do it? The game hides the TB events that are not currently in play after launch. That's an unreasonable thing to ask for every event. Players are not expected to assume the game is broken. CG needs to take a fraction of the responsibility for something that has literally never failed to work in over 10 years!
If this was before TB still, I could have taken a screenshot. I could have taken a video of the selection process. Even still I had no way to know that it wasn't selected until I restarted my game and fixed the out of sync selection. I am also completely unaware when my game goes out of sync until after I do something and then I have dejavu because I have to do it again immediately after restarting. It has been happening quite a bit lately. I'm also not the only one complaining about the game acting funny these days. I have seen a few complaints in my alliance server. Normally people don't readily complain over a few visual issues. But these performance issues are disruptive to gameplay.

This shows just how little CG cares about the playerbase. They're always breaking stuff and then blaming the players for their mistakes that they refuse to fix!

We won't be able to change the current TB selection for you. Try to select Rote in the next round. 

It's been like that almost daily since the last update or so. Which is about 2 weeks. I've been playing for over 10 years. So it doesn't come as a surprise when things break.

I have a list of issues and bugs with the game that I could list off. You probably don't see as many complaints these days over the stuttering and ghosting. It keeps happening. It's not just on my end or just with my device. I know this for a fact when it happens immediately after some updates. Then CG eventually gets to fixing it and it doesn't happen for a few weeks or months until the next update that breaks it again.

This kind of sounds like your client is out of sync.

Come on CG. It's been over 5 hours since I made the ticket. Why is there no support for this game?

I was on the ROTE page waiting for it to launch and it said registered. This is not my fault when your game has been having so many visual issues lately. I shouldn't have to restart after everything I do just to see if it updated or not.

It's happening in other places of the game as well. I go to collect rewards and it shows me that they have been collected. Between daily and raid rewards. Collecting the personal raid rewards on the track are the worst. I can collect them and then restart my game and it tells me I have more raid rewards to collect. It's the same rewards I literally just collected. I never bothered to send in a report about it because I assumed you guys would have noticed that something was off and fixed whatever memory leak is happening. I did not expect that it would prevent my guild from being able to do ROTE. That's where I draw the line. Everything else was just a visual error. This is affects my whole guild!
