Guild Events
For some reason, I am not able to see currently active Guild Events. My guild is doing a TW right now and on my screen it says "No Active Events". This is the 3rd one they've done that I can't participate in. Would love some help. I've tried leaving and rejoining the guild. I've tried reinstalling the game. I don't know what else to do
Territory Battle Visual Error
Reproducible graphical error in territory battle. Appears as a black bar across the screen. Is fixed in place with the map (i.e., can “zoom” into it by selecting a territory/section). Trigger: Pressing “back to map” on the “Disobey Guild Order” pop-up Possibly related details: GEONOSIS: SEPARATIST MIGHT, Phase 4/4, Count Dooku’s Hangar, happens on combat missions and “deploy”. Backing out of the territory battle or entering territory battle activities (combat mission, deploy menu, or character/ship assignment missions) resets the visual error, but it can be triggered again. Confirmed on both iOS and PC clients. Mostly visual only and does not appear to otherwise affect gameplay controls. First instance caused lag/choppiness on PC until game was closed, but could not reproduce well
Guild Events Store Refresh Issue
Hello EA Support, I am reporting a possible issue with the Guild Events Store in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes and requesting an investigation and crystal reimbursement. On October 18, 2026, I repeatedly refreshed the Guild Events Store attempting to purchase Darth Malak shards. Despite paying for multiple refreshes, the Darth Malak shipment continuously displayed the exact same offer: 10 shards for 3,800 Mk I Guild Event Tokens. My balance was approximately 3,161 tokens, meaning I could not afford this shipment. I was specifically trying to obtain the smaller 5-shard offer. I continued purchasing refreshes until the next refresh would have cost 200 crystals. Other items in the store changed normally, but Darth Malak’s shipment remained identical. This issue also persisted through multiple automatic store refreshes on October 18 and into October 19. Eventually, the Darth Malak shipment changed on October 19, but only after I had already spent a significant amount of crystals. I understand that store inventory can be randomized. However, I am concerned about the repeated identical shipment across so many paid and automatic refreshes. I am requesting: An investigation into my Guild Events Store refresh history on October 18–19, 2026. Verification that Darth Malak’s shipment was functioning correctly during those refreshes. Reimbursement of the crystals spent on repeated paid refreshes that did not change the Darth Malak offer. Please escalate this report to the appropriate technical team if necessary. Looked up counters to cassian and got suggested queen amidala in tw. All my attacks killed myself, then the game crashed. Now everytime i try to go into the tw north zone (where that team is) it crashes again. Im guessing that cassian cron is bugged or something? Error code 106.0 each timeKrayt Dragon TB Mission
Recently myself and a number of my teammates have been dealing with a bug in the mission, the devoured character never comes back when using the harpoon. I also seen that a number of people have brought up said issue here as well. Could you please rectify this? As I have never had this issue before until last TB.
