Why is my guild doing Hoth and not ROTE

That's messed up. CG doesn't care about their paying customers. Only their bottom line.

Since this issue didn't affect guilds across the board they couldn't care less.

The rest of the issues are constantly being ignored and swept under the rug. People are tired of asking. Paying players would rather quit or stop paying into the game because there is no customer satisfaction as CG withholds information and we don't get to know until after they have altered the deal. I see complaints about it all the time between discord and reddit.

It's nowhere. They are not going to give you anything. 

TB is now over. Where is our compensation?

When is someone going to get back to me about compensation for the game screwing up? My whole guild deserves something for your broken game and lack of oversight.

If you didn't see the notification in the game chat, you may not have selected it and just thought you did. Have you asked your guildmates if they recall seeing any notification in the game chat?
