It appears that the "Defeat 10 Bounty Hunters" quest is bugged. I have tested it on a couple of nodes, including the "Go" node, and the counter does not increment when I kill bounty hunters.
On a related note, it seems as though there's a broken feat with every new character release these days. I would respectfully suggest to CG that this is happening frequently enough that you should expend a little more effort testing these feats before release.

Nope, even if you hit "GO" it doesn't work. Tried using BH vs BH, tried to find other nodes with BH. No success. Still have 0/10. Fix asap
I was able to complete the feat using Bounty Hunters with the "GO" button, 2 battles and it was done!

Ah, it appears the bug isn't in the feat functionality, but the feat description. The feat should read "Defeat 10 units with Bounty Hunters".
