Yes the light brown swatch is missing! 

One Hairstyle has wrong Haircolor. Its Blond and not brown. I have Screenshots. 

The light brown hair colour swatch shows as one of the light blonde swatches (instead of light brown) for the shorter messy double dutch braids. No mods.

The shorter braid hairstyle, if I pick the sixth hair color which is suppose to be a softer brown it's a blonde instead .

YES! I was going to open a thread about this but it has already been created.
I can't use this hair style for my little girl sim because I wanted to keep her in light brown hair and this hairstyle only shows it as blonde even when I click "light brown".
Same screenshots as everyone has already added so I'm not going to share yet another screenshot of the same situation. But I'm also getting this issue.

Yup, seeing this problem as well with my gal.
supposed to be light brown but its blonde with that hairstyle.

it is one of the newer brown swatches so mayhaps it just got missed there

One of the feminine hairstyles, the messy braids, the swatch for light brown hair, is showing up as blonde, it's I think the platinum, but I'd have to go back and check, but it is showing up in the light brown swatch, and it's the same color as one of the blonde swatches. Please fix this!! I really love the hairstyle, but I really want it in that beautiful light brown color, like all the other hairstyles.
