Abducted male pregnancy stagnant

My male sim was abducted and now when I check the age menu, it says "Sims that are pregnant cannot age up."

The problem is he didn't get any moodlet, no weird tummy debuff nor pregnancy trimester,  nothing, nada and it's already been 4 days.

I don't use any cc nor mods, tried creating new saves, reloading, etc

I play on PC

Might install now to try and fix this but just wanted to report the bug
