All my photos turning dark…

Hello,

Since some time, all my photos (inventory and walls) are turning dark as soon as I restart the game… It is so sad to loose everything and I can’t find anyway to recover it… Saw on internet that it happens to a lot of people it seems  

This is observed on my Sims4 game played on Xbox One. Thank you !
