Backsplash covering window

Hiya, this comes from enchanted by nature pack (I think?). window is not auto-cut when putting against the backsplash wall. (i'm using mac)

    I also have this problem with the backsplash on pc. Cannot place a window in my kitchen and use this backsplash because it does what you took a pic of. Really disappointing because it's gorgeous.
