Base Game child overalls not able to be applied to all.

Hi aprilise​ by applied to all categories you mean they don't appear in all of them but you can still assign them if you remove the filter or can you not assign them at all ?

When I dress my sim child in the overalls and go up to the apply to all button it's greyed out and says Nothing in full body category is being worn. I can manually go through each clothing category and (taking off the filters) put my sim in this outfit, but the apply to all button does not work for them.
