[BH] Customers enter the residential/employees only areas in businesses

I created many businesses with the business and hobbies pack and I zoned areas for residential and/or employees only. The customers still enter the rooms when they are not suppose to. I tried to lock the doors for everyone but employees and it still doesnt work every time.
