[BH] Small Business Not Shown in Owned Business Tab

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase a residential Small Business, load in and click on owned Businesses tab. 
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm not a small business owner even though I own the lot.
What do you expect to see? Owned Small Business tab.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I have just bought the newest Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack as well as Lovestruck and Life and Death about 2-3 weeks ago after updating a bunch of mods. I only installed a light mod folder (it only has Deaderpool's MC Command Center, Twisted Mexi's Better Exceptions, Better Build and Buy, Searachable Households Menu, Smarter Pie Menus, weerbusu's UI Cheats Extension and More CAS Columns and Scumbumbo's XML Injector) just for quality of life.  When I made my sim first start a residential small business with the light mod, the Owned Business Tab worked as normal when showing my business after a while with my normal, large mods file, it would show I didn't have any owned businesses, except when I go in and out of build buy. I thought it might have been some mods I had but when I took the entire mod folder out, It still would do that same bug: say I don't own a small business but will reappear after I go in and out of build buy.

I know this happened to another user similarly with the For Rent pack's residential businesses once I was informed about this bug so I'm reopening it to figure out what could be causing the issue. The screenshots are from after I took the mods out of my EA folder.
