Black camera help box stuck on screen in Live Mode

I have a black camera control help box stuck on my screen during Live Mode in The Sims 4. I didn’t change any settings. I’ve already tried resetting the UI, switching households, and restarting the game, but it doesn’t go away. It started suddenly. Please help me remove it.

    you have to go into settings, game options, go to tutorials & tips, and then turn off help center and control legend
