Blacked out pictures

After the update, not only can I not drag and drop items into trash, sink, or collectable items, but the pictures in photo frames are completely blacked out. I took large wedding photos for my Sims with one of the actual cameras, and the pictures in the frames are completely blacked out. I repaired the game, the move objects cheat is not on, and I do not play with mods, only bought packs. I launch the game straight from EA app on Mac as well.  Please help fix, I've already redone their wedding photos twice :(

    This also happened to me, every picture in my sims backpack and household inventory were blacked out. In my legacy save, so many pictures gone. </3

    I play on PC, often with MCCC and UI cheats, but I noticed the bug with no mods in game.

    the same with me. it is already superfluous to take photos in the game because  AFTER A PATCH SO OFTEN THE PHOTOS ARE BLACK!!!
