I’m in the process of doing a super sim. Every time I go in to check her parenthood traits, the panel won’t load at all and if I go into any of the other tabs none of those show up either along with losing the cursor. The only way I can fix it is if I quit the game completely, it won’t let me save or anything of the sort. This started after the update.
Literally I have the same issue since the newest update. I removed all my mods and it's still like that:( I can't save the game, and when I want to save it by going to mange worlds the whole game crashes:(
for me the saving through managing the worlds works! even though it doesn’t really show it, it does save and then just leave the game through ctrl+alt+delete. idk if you tried it, but it might work for you too!
I'm having this same problem I'm on Xbox One. It won't let me leave or travel so I can't save either and have to just turn it all..

omg, finally I’m not alone. I just purchased the new lovestruck game, and updated the game for my Xbox. I’ve never had major issues before, and managed to play the game for one in game sims week, and then problems started. Cannot open my sims panels, cannot save, and my cursor goes invisible. Cannot open build/buy, and i do it does not fully open. I cannot travel. I tried restating the game, and within a minute the problems start again. It’s basically unplayable and it’s the first time it’s been like this. It’s terrible!
I tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstall. I even tried a complete new save file, and exactly a sim game week in. It happens again, and I cannot further progress. It’s like it’s on a timer and the glitches start. I hope this is fixed ASAP, because we cannot play the game at all. ☹️
This means it’s happening not just for Xbox, but also PC. I hope it’s fixed soon. It’s basically unplayable…..😞

Day four on CONSOLE, and my simology panels are also broke. None will open for my sim children besides the panel with the manners responsibility etc and they're flying up and down. After I attempt to open the children's panel, it bugs out all the adult Sims panels from working. Cursor disappears, game crashes and poofs out of existence mid gameplay. Menu button doesn't work, can't save. Super sad I haven't been able to play the new pack after getting it.
I can't even open the Simology panels and the exit menu. It just doesn't pop up! It's always something with EA's games.
Mine is doing the exact same. After the update it broke the save game I was playing so I created another. It was working fine but it's then completely broken again. The only way I can get out of the game is by force quitting through task manager on my laptop. It's such a shame I was enjoying playing it. I'm wondering if it's because I have children in it now.
I hope EA fixes this ASAP. I can't enjoy my Hugh Jackman gameplay it's unplayable now 😭
Guys it's not the update it's Ui cheats remove it and it will solve it
