Business and hobbies is broken

After I downloaded the recent update I can't make or keep the small business. I'll make a new lot try to open the business and then after a few mins, if I leave and come back, or close the new business the whole panel that shows the business goes back to saying buy a business. And you can't rebuy the business or sell the business. The kiosk will let me open the business but I can't closed at all. I don't even want to play the Sims 4 anymore until thats fixed. I play the Sims on my Ps5.
