Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

My sims randomly stopped vacuuming their house, and something was blocking their path in every room, giving them negative moodlets all the time and having the house filthy. I tried to deactivate the bust the dust kit, and it decided to deactivate enchanted by nature and adventure awaits along with it. I reactivated the kit but now the other two packs are saying the item is pre-ordered and is not available for download, and does not show up in the marketplace to try to manually reactivate there.
