Can't access toddler makeup/face paint.

I am no longer able to open the makeup/face paint tab for toddlers, this has never been an issue before and has only occurred when the recent update was downloaded. Other people in the community is also experiencing this.

I play with mods but when i removed them i was still unable to click on the makeup.

The tab is fully greyed out, see image below.
