Since the new update and me downloading Lovestruck everytime I try to go into cas it gets stuck on the loading screen and I have to restart my PC each time, I have went through my mods folder deleting cc and mods to try and figure out what's affecting it, I need some help with what mod may be crashing it. I deleted more colums mod, Height sliders, mc command center, UI cheats, all my eyelashes, Tool mod, Better build buy, and any traits that could mess it up. anything that may interfere, but it just won't open cas no matter what I do, am I missing anything?

Unfortunately it's the same for me and I don't use many mods that could solve this problem unfortunately. What I would like to add, instead of restarting your PC, search for "Task Manager" on your PC, click Sims 4 and then "End task". It'll stop the programme without the fuss of restarting your PC completely. Hope that helps
It works. But, I honestly think it’s crazy how we spend so much money on the Sims 4 packs for our games to be crashing all the time. I hope someone fixes this soon. I really do enjoy the game.

ctrl alt delete and then task manager should pop up as an option, that's what I have been doing since this bug has appeared
I don't use any UI mods for CAS but I do have some traits, I'll try deleting them now. I've been having this issue for three days straight. Left it loading for two hours, came back, and it was still loading. (People seem to be mentioning the get famous wardrobe - It's the only EP (aside from the godforsaken lovestruck disaster so far that I refuse to buy) I don't have. Yippee.)
Even with all my mods disabled I still can’t get into CAS 😩

Hi, so I was having this same issue. What fixed it for me was deleting the more_CAS_columns file. I checked the creators patreon and saw that they had an updated version based on the newest game update. So if you do have this file, or haven't updated it yet, I would try that.
I removed it and then tried to go to cas and it’s still taking a long time. So I downloaded the updated version of the mod and it’s also taking a while to load. It’s been about 8 minutes now and it still hasn’t loaded. I have no idea what to do.
I had that one and deleted it. Didn't work for me 😭🥲
I've tried this but it still isn't working and I got rid of all my CAS stuff like the background, but it still won't open.
hellooo try removing mods like ui cheats and mccc to see if it works
The only way I seem to get into CAS is completely disabling MODS or specifically removing all of my script mods. I removed Andrews Pose player, More CAS columns and MTS _Scumbumbo teleport any sim🙃
I removed all those mods just now to see if that'd get it to load for me, but it didn't work 🥲
Even with all of the (great!!) advice, it still doesn't work for me. I think it might be because of old saves, and we might have to delete all old saves, clear tray, cache and so forth and MAYBE it'll work.
Nope it definitely won’t lmao. I’ve done everything I guys have said soon as I seen that my game was frozen in CAS mode lmao. I am sick to my stomach 🤣🤣🤣

I found that if you use the 'Wonderus Wardrobe Platform' object that comes with Get Famous, you can get around the glitch.
This does work to customize your outfits! It's a good way to get around the glitch, but sadly for me I'm trying to customize the new turn on's and turn off features 🥲
I have been having this same issue. It's really annoying and I really want to update my sim's outfits. I hope they fix this soon😭..

Check if you have the more cas traits mod, that did it for me!
Remove all lashes, sliders, custom traits, and if you have a eyelash remover mod that too
Still doesn't fix it. 😭
