Placed Doors and Windows Disappear in Build Mode
Frequently when I'm in Build Mode I notice that doors and windows that I've placed seem to 'disappear'; if I put all the walls up I can see the outline of the door/window but it - especially doors - doesn't register as being placed. (Pictures attached) I can fix this by clicking on the door/window and re-placing it, however it soon disappears again. This has been happening for quite a while, I'm not sure which expansion it started with (and I have most installed). It tends to happen more when I place another item and then Ctrl+Z to remove it. For example, with the attached pictures I placed a counter in the room and then didn't like it, so Ctrl+Zed to remove it. Sims version: 1.117.244.1020.DX11 Platform: Windows PC [via the EA app] Mods/CC are currently installed, however this issue started before any mods/CC were installed.
[S] Sims wearing cold weather outfit every time game loads
When I load my game, my sims are always wearing their winter clothing inside. Instead of wearing their PJs or their everyday clothes like I left them when I closed the game. This happens during the winter despite the heat being on and fires lit. This doesn't happen in the other seasons. Nor do sims default to their hot weather clothing in the summer. It'd also be nice while addressing this bug if sims would change out of their winter clothing and back into what they were last wearing when they come back inside. I'm on a PC. No mods or CC. [LD] Reaper: No Lost Souls show up on lot
There seems to be a bug in my "Life and Death". When the God of Death is on duty, one of the tasks is Find the Lost Soul. The prompt is to collect the soul beads at the place of duty. But!! I went out twice, once to a park and once to an open space, but there was not a soul pearl! There was none! I even searched the public areas, but there was none too! ! [HSY] No Graduation message/not in calendar
I have been having an issue where my sim ages up and doesn't get a graduation from highschool, i am requesting a look into this and see what's going on. I did a repair, took out my mods and cc and still nothing. Sims will suddenly go 'Out of the World' to infinity
Ive had a few time where which ever sim I was playing I would give a comand and they would start walking like they were responding but next thing I know they just kept walking off the map. They would walk through rocks, trees, wouldnt take normal path like other sims on the map. I wasnt able to bring them back until I remebered the "teleport here" cheat. Ive never experienced anything like this before. I dont play with mods or cc my game has beeen very vanilla and base game for a while now before the new expansion pack. After I bought love struck a number of other bugs started happening. Ive never ever have had problems before with my game other that the usual but rare game freeze/crash. The other bugs Ive noticed have all been reported but this bug is what I dont see reported. I wish I had a video to upload but I dont unfortunately. I will update with video when i happens again. If I click on "Put on beekeeping suit" on the beehive, my Sim puts on the suit, but the hat is missing, and she still gets stung by bees even though she's "wearing the suit." There's also no longer a button for "unwrap," only "put on," even though she's wearing it. then I have to manually change the outfit. But the suit is no longer useful anyway. Build progress doesn't save, has disappeared when I return to the build.
I play on a PC Use Mods and CC, but I have turned them off, and the issue continues I have recovered the save files, but the issue continues I have repaired the game, and uninstalled and then re-installed it, but the issue continues I have moved my Sims 4 folder to a drive with more storage and tried creating it as a backup, but the issue continues. The past two weeks, I have been experiencing an issue whenever I'm in build mode. I make progress, let's say I decorated an entire kitchen. I save the game throughout and later exit the game, and back up that recent save. I return to the game the next day, that kitchen has gone. I am at a complete loss, as I have no idea what else to try. I have tried building on a different lot, in a new save file, but it still occurs. I have been working on an apartment block for the past 3 months, and now I cannot continue building it, which is extremely frustrating. My tray files and save files are up to date, and there is a new save file when I save the game, but the recent progress doesn't appear in the game. To make matters worse, I can't even play in live mode as every time I try to load a household, I'm sent back to the maps! I'm aware lots of people are having this issue, which is why my problem with building is my main struggle, as there's basically no point in loading the game up, as I can barely play it.
[DU] Invisible Bike Pedals
Self-explanatory title. The expansion's bikes has pedals animation bug.
