Reaper's Rewards: Wait for Newsletter Task Not Completing
I'll start with I play on PC and I don't use any mods. I started a new character for the event, a single female living in Willow Creek. I was able to do the event through the planting of the flowers and it told me I needed to 'wait for the Ambrosia Society Newsletter'. It either never came or disappeared when I got the mail the next time it arrived. It isn't in my sim's inventory, and it isn't marked off as completed. I looked at some other players' experiences and some said you could 'reorder' it from the mailbox, but that option isn't offered, nor is expediting my mail delivery. I also tried going to another lot and clicking their mailbox, using another sim save I had and seeing if it'd happen there, and starting a whole new game. I also 'repaired' my game. Again, I have no mods to uninstall or remove. And, also interestingly, before this, when I clicked the Grim icon on the upper left, it opened up a quest window with steps, both completed and needed to complete, same as with any other quests (like tutorial ones). Now, all I have is this- Any help, including how to restart the quest line (I would assume rewards that are received wouldn't be repeated) would be very appreciated. [DO] Can't request table in restaurant on a date
Hello! When playing the sims 4 I have asked other sims on a date or to hang out then travel to a restaurant. When requesting a table to be seated, nothing happens. The game doesn't proceed to the next action for the couple/friends to be seated. I have repaired and updated the game, but still no solution. I have noticed that when my sim is alone and requests a table to sit and dine, they are able to do so. It only happens during an event like asking on a date or hang out. Sims Freezing, manage worlds not loading.
Since the completing the quests for week 2 of Reaper's Rewards, my Sims will not move (attempted to reset objects) and the time jumps 2 hours (back and forth) when switching the game speed. When leaving live mode and entering manage worlds, the game gets stuck on the loading screen and I have to manually force my computer to shut down to get it off my screen. I repaired the game files and had the same issue. What can I do to fix this and is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have no CC or mods installed, so that is not an issue.
Teenager don't get third trait on aging/no Graduation
Just had a sim age up from a teen to a young adult. No notification popped up to select a new trait so they are stuck with 2 traits still when they should have 3. Additionally, they graduated from high school with "average rank" whilst being an A student (with the gold tick). I've only ever had sims age up with at least the "graduated with honours" trait whilst being an A student. For context, this child was adopted so unsure if this has anything to do with it, although I've had sims adopt in the past and this bug hasn't happened. This sim also didn't age up with the "high self esteem" trait from child to teen despite having high confidence as a child. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ
[LS] Sim from Cupid's Corner Gallery won't change after CAS edit
I cannot find another person who is reporting this issue.. just hoping I’m not alone! My sim opened and used Cupids Corner and found a compatible sim made by a community player. She invited him over and she really liked him. I decided to cheat cas.fulleditmode change his appearance. Now when I load him he reverts back to his appearance before. He will eventually go back to the way I made him in cas for for the first two minute he loads into a location he looks like he used to.. and he has a female voice… Is anyone also experiencing this? Playing the goth send mortimer to work save and quit my game go to play it today lodes up and mortimer has come back from work at 3pm instead of the usual 7pm I thought this was fixed I have no mods or CC and regularly clear my cache files I’m on PC thank for anyone who can help
