Since the new update and me downloading Lovestruck everytime I try to go into cas it gets stuck on the loading screen and I have to restart my PC each time, I have went through my mods folder deleting cc and mods to try and figure out what's affecting it, I need some help with what mod may be crashing it. I deleted more colums mod, Height sliders, mc command center, UI cheats, all my eyelashes, Tool mod, Better build buy, and any traits that could mess it up. anything that may interfere, but it just won't open cas no matter what I do, am I missing anything?

I found that if you have the Preference Plus mod and it’s not updated this will also cause CAS issues. I updated mine and thankfully it stopped freezing. Although I haven’t gotten the Lovestruck pack just yet.
For me I have found that the extra traits for your sims is causing my problem I remove it and it’s loading correctly now I’m still putting mods back into my game slowly
Same issue! I want to change their traits and outfits and it either never loads or loads, I edit my sims and when I hit the checkmark it never loads my game back up! Very annoying bug haven't really even gotten to enjoy game my computer has to be reset so much. This has never happened - tried with mods disabled. Same issue. Please fix asap!

I delete all mods and even after that the Issue occur. :/I have this issue but with only one particular sim. Its really frustrating since its my 10th gen’s spouse.
SLIDERS - remove all sliders (I put them in a folder to check for updates later). I have all trait mods pulled too and will slowly test them. If it helps, my game is heavily modded with a ton of CC. The amount of time I've spent fixing things - I want to cry. My game started glitching in the days leading up to the base game update and has been one thing after another since. I am just under 50K in the mod folder and it's been an ordeal to identify - I appreciate all of the suggestions on this thread and someone else raised removing sliders - I found some buried and once they were all removed I was able to get into CAS.
What I found is that CAS worked with SIMs not altered with sliders. If you have sliders, you may not realize you're using them if you are used to them. Sims altered with sliders were locked out. I suspect trait mods impacted as well. I did update Basemental D and the straight edge trait with that one is not impacting the game at this time. I also had no issue with my CC lashes. I have some in facepaint and in glasses.

i guess im not the only one. im done. not gonna play it. i stopped playing after highschool pack, come back a last month. was enjoying it. n now this stupid update ruined all of it. **bleep** you EA im **bleep** done.
I don't know if you fixed it by now but it's the columns mod u have to update it even if you delete all your mods and repair the game it won't fix lol
