- I think there was also at some point an issue where spayed pets grew up to be unspayed. Did you check if it was still spayed before taking it to the vet ? I can't find that thread.
Maybe it's all CAS-spayed pets and it's the same as the thread above.
You can always test on a backup of your save without mods.
