Ceilings have outdoor lighting unless there is a room with a ceiling above it.

I am so upset with this way cant it be fixed ASAP? All my ceilings in all builds are light blue, in old and new builds, this is very frustrating and only happened after the Lovestruck update. This might not be important to some. But I spent a lot of money on these sims 4 games and respectfully expect to get the bugs fixed. This happens with or with out Mods or CC. Please tell me when this will be resolved or how I can resolve it. Thank you.
