Could you check with HP if there are newer drivers.
If not, try if you can install these: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html

I already have the latest drivers and I can't install the Intel graphic driver, it says : No drivers found that could be installed on the current device

Since you only have a Intel chip, you're game is probably running DX9. Could you try if it makes a difference if you switch to DX11: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2024/05/sims-4-and-directx/

Seems to have fixed the problem!

Update your drivers and switch to DX11

I encountered this issue recently. I switched to DX11 and the lockers are no longer invisible but i cannot interact with any of the occupied lockers except for my active teen sim at the school.
