Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I bought this game on 4/7/2026

I was even able to start playing it last night and created my character and I was logged into the EXACT SAME ACCOUNT as I logged into today, but it is not showing I own it and cannot locate in my order history to even submit a proper refund request.

I bought it as part of a bundle package - at first the games I owned were not showing either. But the email is all the same that I used -- if anything I had to change my email but my account has been active since 2010 as I have been a longtime player. I was trying to get back into the Sims 4 again as it's been a while since I have played. I am very frustrated that I was charged for a game, able to play said game and now it says I don't own it. I will upload transaction and I will also upload the proof that I had the game at some point -- but it says it's not downloadable and I have to purchase again. 

I will purchase the game again after I am refunded - But it is the Life and Death Expansion.

    Thanks for the context! If your existing packs didn't appear when you played on the account that had the recently purchased Life and Death Expansion, that indicates that you were on a different account.

    If you locate the account details for both accounts and contact live support, they can explore options besides refunding and repurchasing with you.
