[CL] Sims dying in apartment causes urn gets stuck off lot/in hallway

I cannot find a current bug to track, but I have been experiencing this since City Living was released. I have a chance, that is a sim, played or NPC, dies in an apartment in San Myshuno, the urn will spawn in the public hall outside their door. Sims cannot interact with it to pick it up and I cannot access it in live mode or Build Mode. This clutters the hallway after a long game, and makes it hard for us to roleplay the beloved Simetary.
