Introduce self to someone new in 3 different city neighborhoods isn't registering as done when my sim introduces themselves to a new sim in one of the city neighborhoods.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Which introduction did you use ? There's a known issue with several of the pack ones not working.
