Clutter completely disappeared

I built a build yesterday, all was well when I SAVED the game and closed it down. I even saved multiples times in between.
When I came back to it today, half of my clutter was just gone. I didn't place the lot from my library or the gallery, I built it on the lot it's on

Yes, I use mods, which are disabled due to the last update, so no mods in game.
Yes, I placed with MOO, but MOO is always on.
No, didn't check the household inventory. I'm reporting a problem about missing clutter, it shouldn't matter if it's in my household inventory or not.
