after todays update the gallery is still not working i cant place most lots or sims to game i could only share one build before it stopped working i reaaly would like to use the gallary because the currupted file was never fixed so i have to start all over again
Online rewards for the “Nature’s Calling” Event cannot be claimed from the opening menu or in game. I keep getting the messaged saying “Online Connection is Required. Please go online and save your Event progress and receive rewards”. Very frustrating since there are less than 7 days to complete the event. Also the Gallery shows No Results when looking up lots, households, etc that other simmers have made, basically any form of online is unavailable. PS4 Console player, No mods or CC.

Have you already tried this as mentioned in the patch notes:
From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and select the Link EA Account button. From here, you'll be prompted to accept the updated terms and conditions. Once this is accepted, you should be able to claim your rewards normally again.
If you accounts are already connected, try disconnect and connect again.
Playstation 5, 30/7/25 just tried the fix from the patch note to claim the rewards. Linked my ea account, went to a black screen, reloaded my save and nothing is resolved. Can't access the gallery or event rewards
