Cottage Living Cabinet Crashing Game

The Whittler's Pride Kitchen Cabinet is completely bugged in my save; It doesn't show up in live mode on one side of the pre-made cottage living house, 5 Cobblebottom Street, I'm currently playing in. When I'm in the build mode and I put up all the walls, it shows up as highlighted. However, when I try to then remove/replace it my game proceeds to freeze then crash. There's a second Whittler's cabinet in the home that is visible, though when I touch it or try to move it around, my game freezes then crashes as well. I have not tested this cabinet in another lot, so I am not sure if it's a problem with this lot or the cabinet in general. I provided a screenshot of the cabinet showing up as highlighted yet invisible in the current home I'm playing in. I use a Lenovo laptop and don't use any mods or cc in my game.
