Create a Date pop-up not working

When I went to create a date for my sim first by going through the phone, nothing popped up. I clicked on the sim I wanted to have the date with to go that way, and I did get a pop-up but it was blank and I was unable to select/do anything except exit the pop-up.

I don't have any mods on this PC, and this was happening since this morning after I updated the game.
