I could have sworn this was fixed in a recent-ish patch, but the bug still prevails. It's especially vexing when the deceased Sim in question has been sent to the netherworld, and no longer has linked character data.
Has anyone experienced this is a brand new save? I only play my master save, which is rather old, so I don't know if that is part of the problem.
