I noticed this for the first time in my game 8/26/25. In the attached pic you can see that the sim with the want to talk to Calvin depicts him as a ghost, but in the relationship panel he is to the bottom far right looking very much alive. He had passed away no more than about three sim days before the want appeared. When I reloaded this save, the ghost on the bottom left suddenly looked alive as well and the ghostly look in the want thought had also changed to an alive appearance. I wonder how many other changes in ghost versus living look will occur when I next load the household.
I play on PC, am fully patched, and have never used mods or cc.
