This specific pants from Dream Home Decorator don't show up for male sims when i take off the fashion preferences filter. The fact is that this pants shows up for female sims with male body frame but not for male sims with male body frame.

For me they don't show up at all with male clothing preference. No matter if I choose male or female frame. They do show up when I choose female with male body frame but only if choose female clothing preference along with that.
The frame itself shouldn't play a role what shows where, only the clothing preference. You can still use it if you remove the filters.
Do you see them with male clothing filter in any constellation ?
No, they don't show up for male sims by any means. Not with male clothing filter, female clothing filter or no filter at all.
