Distorted texture on sim icons

- current version 1.117.244.1020 DX11, started with the august update
- mods and cc removed
- happens when editing townies or making new sims, doesnt affect all edited/new sims, just some and randomly
- affects the whole sim and all of their outfits
- i havent found a common nominator such as outfit, hair etc.
