[DPLE] ymTop_EV007Hoodie is very pixelated

All is in the title, the hoodie from the last event is so pixelated (even in extreme quality graphics) that it's unusable. Could you fix the graphics of the JPEG ?

It's not "so pixelated that it's unusable" come on now.
Is it pixelated? Yes. Could it be better? Yes. Is it unusable? No.
