Re: PSA: Sims 4 "Failed to launch game - An error on our end" -> Check Your Mods!

Heya, so I just got a new PC and finally set it up today. So of course after doing that, the first thing I do is download the EA App and The Sims. Went to test it and every time I open the EA App I get a popup saying "Failed to launch game" and same thing happens if I try to run The Sims 4. 

I'm wondering if maybe my game didn't install properly as when I go into Documents to add my old mods and save-files manually nothing is showing up? Currently my files placement is as such: This PC / Local Disk (C:) / Program Files / EA Games / The Sims 4.

Also, I tried to send a case to EA but when I view my account it says no cases were submitted, I'm wondering if there's just a delay or do I have to retype everything and send the case again?
