I’m not the OP, but I’m having the same problem as well. I have max gardening skill as well as handiness (if that matters). The option just isn’t showing up.
Hello5b271201019fc2ad I haven’t tested this, but I did read about another simmer who was able to connect the lightning root, who was playing on an “off-the-grid” lot when doing it. They were wondering if it was only able to be used on off the grid lots. Perhaps try turning on off-the -grid to test if that may help.
