Error Code 123:aa435624b:41848df

No matter what i do in any save, travelling to any world since new update - the error 123 code comes up recommending i restart the game. I've done absolutely everything and nothing works. Really disappointing as the save I'm on I've spent so long on! Really hope it gets fixed immediately and without damaging the save!

Having the same issue on console, so...no CC installed. I had to use another playable family to force my sims there, then back home.  I tried to download a different shop from the gallery but it does the same. My game has crashed consistently after the update and I never have issues playing on console. 

Already posted on other but same. Cant travel and yellow warning sign above the plot Ive recently tried to travel to.... I hope they fix it. Thanks for posting.

I'm having the same issue on the Britechester world. Trying to use the phone to travel gives me a 123 error code and it says to restart the game. I also get error code 0 when trying to save. On Xbox, no mods or cc

I receive "The game failed to load. Error Code: 123:9bb4a0f0:8094ac34. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." whenever I travel to Britechester. I also received the same error when my sim was living in Britechester but traveled to Pepper's Pub. After this error pops up, I am not able to go back to the playing household because this same error pops up. I purchased and installed Lovestruck on 7/25/24, and this is when the error began popping up. I have no CC or mods; my game is completely pure. I have not received this error when traveling to other worlds.

I got the same thing. And the loading into the game taking forever. And it crashes. Both pc and laptop.

yep, won't even load into the game without telling me to relaunch and does it again when you do relaunch.. over and over again

I am also having this problem. Sim living in Britechester, attempted to visit the pub, next day tried to visit the commons at Foxbury.  got the same 123 error code for both.
