Every time there is a new event, such as the grim reaper event etc, I cant start an event (party) "now" as it keeps telling me there is already an event happening. The "now" option under start event is grayed out and I can only start the event on the specific hour.

Is this with or without mods/cc ?
I removed all mods and tried it and it still did the bug. The event is currently over right now but, unless they figured this out by the next event and fixed it, we'll have to wait until the next event to see if it's still happening.
Ok so, new event, same problem. The "Now" in the drop down under "Select Event Time" is grayed out because of the event. I can only start events on the hour, which is inconvenient when you're at the bottom of the hour and want to just start immediately.

Now is available for me. If you want to start immediately, does the phone option also not work ?
Did you do all the tasks of the event yet ?
It happens on both phone or calendar. I have not, nor do I have any interest in doing the event tasks. I feel like you shouldnt be forced to do the event in order to fix this. If this is done on purpose then it's not a bug as much as just an inconvenient design? If it's a bug hopefully its something they can fix, I just wanted to bring it to attention incase noone else noticed. If it's done on purpose at the very least I know it's not a bug or issue on my end and I can just deal with it.
I will test this as soon as I have new tasks to do to see if I can duplicate it with open event tasks.
