I claimed all of my event rewards and I used them a couple of times but the other day when I entered the build menu to use the trashcan, it was missing from the menu. I feel like it's an easy fix and do it as DLC like early access content which would prevent it from just disappearing. I still have ALL of the DLC I own which totals well over $1000 and to have just a few free items go missing is incredibly frustrating, especially when the items are objectively more normal and easier to use.
My rewards are missing too. I just logged in today and the login event started again altough I already claimed the rewards a few weeks ago.
Same. I had the items this morning, then downloaded a new pack and now they're missing. I don't know where they went or how to get them back and I'm sad because I really liked the trashcan from the rewards.
My login rewards (trash can, dart board etc.) have gone missing as well, does anyone know why this is happening? Is there a way to restore it?

I downloaded the new storybook nursery kit before I knew the login rewards disappeared if that helps. (I have downloaded kits/packs before with no issues on the mater until now)
I've just checked and I can't find the single bar or the cushions. I can't remember all the items but those 2 definitely stuck in my mind. I play on ps4, any updates on when this will be sorted?
I’m having same issues. None of the daily reward items are showing up in build/buy mode. I was specifically looking for the Bullseye Dartboard and couldn’t find it. Then, I noticed the vending machine, and all the rest are also missing.

As I am on PS5, I don’t use mods - I use build mode CCs. I use:
There were adjustments done for the rewards and especially for Console they are lost.
For PC/Mac, make sure to backup up accountDataDB.package file as they contain your Happy Home Rewards now.
If they are gone after Patch 1.109.185, and you have a backup of usersetting(.ini) pre-patch, you can also put that back in.
