Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Problem With Your Game's Setup

I reinstalled The Sims 4 a week or so ago, through Steam. It will not launch, if attempting to launch it through Steam or through the EA App. It gives me the error message "There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game.". 

I have tried EVERY fix/tip out there when you Google this issue. Nothing is working. I removed my mods. When that didn't work I even renamed the TS4 folder so that it generated a new one. That didn't work either. If you Google fixes, for this problem, I HAVE TRIED THEM ALL. Nothing is working.

I can only play the game if I totally uninstall it from Steam and install it on the EA App. Problem with that is I have about $150 worth of content I trustingly purchased for TS4, through Steam, that I now no longer has access to. 

Please fix this or, even better , just add those packs directly to my EA account.
