Fear of Dark moodlet not going away.

Hi so I've ran into the issue of having the fear of the dark and the trait is gone, like she no longer has it. The thing is, the moodlet Afraid of the Dark keeps randomly popping up and I can't seem to get rid of it. I've restarted the game, reset the sim and even tried to delete the moodlet by cheats and it just keeps coming back. Please help!
