[FR] Maintenance Troubles on Residential Lot: Can't do required task

I have been using Cursed Lot trait on regular residential with small business. Events pop up as expected occassionally, most often Blight. No plants showing blight; they are planted in the new pottery pots. I uproot one (doesn't matter which since they aren't actually marked with "blight) and the uprooting satisfies the event. 

I just got Cursed book event for the first time in a long time on the same lot I've been playing a few weeks. I cannot find the book anywhere. 

I've had the explosive malfunction and cannot find a broken stove either. Fortunately I was using a spellcaster and had her "zipzap" the stove and then manually repaired it and that completed the event. 

These events all need to be revisited as they are not working correctly.
