Hi, when I check the mailbox after leaving the game (or moving to "manage households") and then going back to it, rent is 0 simoleon. I'm talking about rental apartments from the for rent expansion. How can I fix it and does anyone else has encountered this issue ?

i don't have a for rent, i'm having the same problem with city living apartments.
Me too, I have ZERO mods and same. I think to ''fix'' the issues, you need to travel to another place and come back, and it work for me. But when I quit the game and replay, I need to do this again sadly.
Unfortunately the "fix" hasn't changed anything in my case, I'm still experiencing the bug
I have found the exact same issue. I notice that the amount shows when you select the mailbox, but when the rent is due and you action to pay it, only the water and electricity bill are deducted. The rent now shows the amount, but it does not subtract when paying the rent. Does this then indicate a whole knew bug, or is this part of the same issue - EA might think this is resolved.
