Galerie connection

On the last few days I went to play the Sims 4 and I can’t play with other peoples family or house in the galerie it says that I have to connect to the internet but I am already connected to it and I don’t know what to do I am very bad at making houses and I don’t want to create a new sims by myself every time I start a new save so can you help me please? I play on my xbox one s and it is not my real EA account, I don’t know the password of it.
