Gallery error

yeah I've same issue here, what I do is:
1. Reinstall game (not solved)
2. do move the sims folder at documents to desktop and re-open game and bring back save and delete cache folder (not solved)
3. Allow ea or the sims through internet at firewall settings (not solved)

Idk what to do, I can open galery my library but while open galery the item stuff have crossing sign

I need help...

i have this issue too. if i try to favorite anything in the gallery i get the spinning plumbobs for a while and then the error "We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later" with the option to hit "Ok" or press the "x", but no matter what i do, the game remains greyed out and locked up with the spinning plumbobs and the only thing i can do then is minimize the game window and hit the red X on my taskbar and go back to the game to confirm i want to exit. i have base game and Blooming Rooms only. no mods. screenshots attached.

UPDATE: As it turns out, the lots and households do show up in "My Favorites" eventually. there is however, a weird thing happening where some items somehow have "zero likes" although they are appearing in "My Favorites" with a green heart icon. attached a third screenshot.

also i have found that the whole being locked out of the game thing i was talking about can be avoided by clicking the heart icon in the main gallery window rather than in the preview window of the given gallery item.
