Gallery is empty

When I want to get a lot or household from the gallery, nothing is found. Even when I put it on "most populair" nothing is found. Or at most 3 lots or something. But when I go back to "new" or "popular now" there are no households or lots to place down. 

I also can't save lots or households to the gallery, so I think the whole gallery is broken. I only see my own households and builds in the gallery
